This project converted a house into two independent flats on Norwood Road, Herne Hill, totalling seven bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Scope covered structural changes, foundations, drainage, plumbing, central heating and electrics, along with new kitchens, bathroom fitting and staircases for each flat.

Finishing work included acoustic insulation, carpentry and joinery, a zinc roof and cladding, glazing and Velux windows, and plastering throughout.
