We don't submit planning applications ourselves, but we work to drawings and consents already in place from your architect or planning consultant.

Can you install structural steels?

Yes — steel beam installation is one of our core structural services, including replacing load-bearing walls.

Yes. We carry out the foundations, structural openings, steelwork and brickwork required for rear, side and double-storey extensions across London and within the M25, working to the approved drawings and structural calculations.
