Direct, in-house, experienced
Every TopBuild UK project is delivered by our own site team, not passed on to subcontractors — the people who carry out the work are the same people who stand behind the 10-year guarantee on it.
Between us we cover groundworks, structural steel, carpentry and joinery, electrics, plumbing and roofing, alongside the planning and project management needed to keep a job moving from first fix to final sign-off.

Foundations, structural steelwork and openings, carried out by our own site teams and signed off under building control.

First and second fix carpentry, staircases and bespoke joinery, finished to the same standard on every job.

Certified electrical and plumbing work, coordinated alongside the build so nothing holds up the next trade.
Planning & Project Management
Architects, structural engineers and building control, coordinated from the drawings stage through to sign-off.
