The loft conversion added a new bedroom and en-suite bathroom within a rear dormer, complete with a Juliet balcony and iron railings overlooking the garden.
At ground level, a glazed roof extension opened up the kitchen and living space, with bi-fold doors leading out to a newly landscaped garden and raised patio.
