2. Get a Free Estimate
One of our project managers will visit you at your property / site to assess the project and draft a free estimate.

3. Comprehensive Assessment
Once you're happy with our quote, the project manager will be in touch to discuss with you (or with your designer / architect) the finer points with regards to technical, building and design requirements.

4. The Delivery Model
When this is done, we will present you with the Delivery Model, which has been developed in-house by our stuff, and refined many times over years. The process specifically addresses and balances four competing areas of building process: Health & Safety, Quality, Time and Cost. It allows us to identify potential risks and problems from the outset, and as such, to consistently deliver on great work, keeping you reassured we stand by our promises.

5. On Site
From the very first day a designated project manager will be on site with the builders to manage every aspect of the project. We also guarantee that you will have direct access to your designated project manager (trained architect) for 6 days per week during the whole period of the construction process, until the project is signed-off.

6. Completion
Your project will be completed as designed at the outset to meet your requirements, whether it’s a new home, remodelling, complex addition or interiors fit- out.
