Hot Water Underfloor Heating Installation

We offer underfloor heating installation services to residential, self build, commercial and trade customers.

Underfloor heating systems

Water is pumped around plastic tubes that are fitted in the flooring. There are different options to heat water, including thermal collectors, heat pumps, and others.

Our engineers use different methods to install underfloor heating systems. These include gluing down, laid floating without underlay, and floating over an underlay. Before installation, we will ensure that the subfloors are level and clean, and all materials are on site.  Our engineers will position the manifolds strategically at the beginning of the installation process. Typical locations include airing cupboards, utility rooms, and understairs cupboards. Our engineers will connect the pipes and will fix the UFH pipe. There are two methods to do this: clip rail and U-clip or kombi clip. We will bring the necessary tools and equipment with us, including pan head nails, kombi tacker gun, plumbers wrench, staple gun, etc.

Benefits of underfloor heating

The benefits of underfloor heating include extra space, ease of control, cost effectiveness, and comfort. Underfloor heating systems are maintenance-free, provide radiant heat, and help homeowners to save up to 30 percent on their heating bill.

Structural Concrete Application Service

We offer structural concrete application service to provide good strength-to-weight ratios for different structural components.

Benefits of structural lightweight concrete

The use of structural lightweight concrete results in reduced volume of concrete and size of the elements. Less reinforcing is required, and the cost is lower. Other benefits include better insulation properties and energy conservation.

Concrete application

We use pumps for concrete application and choose pump locations in a way that vertical fall is minimized. Pump lines have a minimum number of rubber hose sections, reducers, and elbows. If necessary, we will make adjustments to air content, aggregate content, slump, and other mixture characteristics. We will presoak the aggregate to prevent slump loss due to pressure during pumping. Slump loss may result in difficulties during finishing and placement.

Structural concrete is used to manufacture roofs, elevated floors, beams, columns, and walls. It is used for both commercial and residential structures and green construction. Custom made panels also include door and window openings, aches, and other elements to eliminate the need of additional assembly. Structural concrete is noise, pest, and water-resistant, without cracking and seams. It can be poured in place or pre-panelized for improved durability.

Glass Roof Installations in London

We install glass roofs above office spaces, commercial buildings, rooms, dining areas, and even above kitchen islands. Glass roofing brings natural light in and is less vulnerable to leaks than other types of roofing.

We offer glass roof installation for commercial and residential projects in London, including single and multi-family homes, townhomes, and retail stores. Whether you have a mobile home, apartment, or condo, our engineers can install a glass roof for you.

We use different roofing materials, including rust-proof fixings, aluminum frames, and
silicone. Aluminum frames are easy to maintain, resistant to wear and tear, and rustproof.Silicone gives a frameless and clean appearance. We also install solar control glass and low emissivity glass panels that help homeowners to control light and heat levels and reduce heat loss in cold weather.

Roof Installation

Our engineers will measure the size of the frame and the slope of the roof. They will extend the membrane of lead, asphalt, or felt to the upstand and will apply sealant. We will join the roof sections together and will use silicone for the joints. Our engineers will handle the frames and glass carefully to avoid damage.
